Serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Mr. Duncan has over 43 years of real estate development and construction experience. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Duncan provided construction services to Post Properties Inc., R.J. Griffin & Company, A. R. Weeks LLC., McDevitt & Street Company, Rogers Construction Co., Wilwat Properties Inc., Summit Builders Inc. and Trammell Crow Atlanta Development Inc. Mr. Duncan is responsible for all land development, construction and estimating activities of the Company. Mr. Duncan has been involved with a wide variety of projects including commercial and industrial buildings and warehouses exceeding over 400,000 square feet, apartments, multiple story hotels, schools, libraries and shopping centers.

In addition, Mr. Duncan has developed several large tract land development projects, including Thurgood Estates Subdivision, and has constructed over 50 Custom Homes between the years 2004 and 2008, ranging from $500,000 to over $1.5 Million.
